Submit your vehicle details and pay the £49 listing fee. We handle everything — from arranging collection or accepting your vehicle at our site, to photography, listing, managing the auction, and handing the vehicle over once sold.

There is a £49 fee to list your vehicle. This includes up to three auction cycles to help achieve the best result.

You set your own reserve price — the minimum your vehicle will sell for. If bidding meets or exceeds your reserve, the vehicle is sold. If not, there’s no sale.

The reserve price is the minimum amount you’re willing to accept for your vehicle. You stay in control — your vehicle will not sell below this price.

Yes — storage is charged from the 5th day at £15 + VAT per day (£18 including VAT).

No — our vehicles are sold through a trade-only auction. You must be a registered and approved trade buyer with an IAA account to place bids.

Payment must be made within 72 hours of the sale, including weekends and bank holidays.

Yes — storage is charged at £15 + VAT per day (£18 including VAT) from the 5th calendar day.

No — vehicles are sold as seen, based on their listing, images, and description. No additional information is available beyond what is shown.

Vehicles are sold in their current condition at the time of listing, with all known issues shown in the images and description.

If you fail to complete payment within 72 hours, the vehicle may be relisted and a relist fee will apply.

Relist fees are calculated as 15% of the hammer price (plus VAT), with a minimum of £100 + VAT and a maximum of £600 + VAT.

No — bids cannot be removed once placed.

If payment is not made, the vehicle may be relisted and fees will apply in line with auction terms and conditions.

You may drive the vehicle away if it says “starts and drives”, but we do not recommend it as vehicles are not mechanically tested prior to sale.
